Their platforms are powered by world-class quality data, both robust and fresh enough to serve as the foundation upon which crucial business decisions are made. They are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to support their recruiting team. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of technical and non-technical roles and support teams across multiple products and locations.What Youll Do:Manage a pipeline of 15-30 job openings for both technical (~75%) and non-tech (~25%) roles supporting multiple product teams across several time zones.Collaborate with hiring managers and talent sourcers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.Help screen candidates and negotiate offers.Advise hiring managers on best practices and help them write accurate and compelling job descriptions.Manage relationships with vendors including outside staffing agencies.What you have:You should have several years of experience working as an in-house recruiter, ideally within a software company.
