The Sr. Manager, Real Estate will be instrumental in ownership of all functions of real estate projects from strategy and site identification to contract negotiations and closings, as we expand our footprint across the Country. In addition, Construction and Facilities falls within the responsibility of this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Instrumental in ownership of all functions of real estate projects from strategy and site identification to contract negotiations and closings, as we expand our footprint across the Country
  • Negotiate all retail store lease initiations and renewals, in cooperation with corporate counsel, to ensure favorable structure and terms, and to protect Amplifon’s interests
  • Partner to analyse markets, assess areas of expansion, and identify optimal sites for retail stores to best fulfill strategy and growth goals
  • Develop relationships with commercial brokers, developers, and industry organizations to establish Amplifon in market and establish best positioning for future deals
  • Critically evaluate existing sites, in partnership with Regional Managers and Construction teams, including proposals for greenfields, relocations, or remodels
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking system for lease expirations, compliance clauses, and financial allowances, including proactive cross-functional assessment of renewals and allocation of leasing-related funds
  • Provide critical leasing and real estate market expertise to leadership during due diligence phase of acquisitions and other corporate transactions
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive vendor network strategy, finding efficiency and consolidation
  • Manage the hardware and equipment strategy

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field with 5-7 years’ experience in corporate commercial real estate and market research analysis, commercial real estate acquisition/disposition or management experience
  • Working knowledge of real estate leasing contracts, codes, regulations, and related compliance issues
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate in a competitive and potentially adversarial environment, specifically on real estate-related issues
  • Strong project management ability and skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze and evaluate information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals. Self starter with a bias for action
  • Ability to buildstrongworking relationshipswith other critical functions outside development. For example,Operations,andFinance
  • Strong communication skills to read, listen, understand, and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to process information including gathering, assessing, organizing, auditing, and verifying data. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel throughout region with flexibility to work different hours, including early morning and late night work
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

Required Proficiency with Tools:

  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office, OneDrive, and Teams
  • GIS data analysis experience a plus
