Our client, a well-established and growing company in Oakville, is looking to add a Senior Property Accountant to their team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Accountant looking to develop their skills and get involved with different projects!

Responsibilities
- Ensure all monthly financial and management property reporting is produced
- Monitor property cash positions and prepare monthly cash distributions and cash calls
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Record collection, review, and monitor accounts receivable and payables
- Prepare accurate tenant chargebacks on a timely basis
- Maintain and clear tenant query log and ensure tenant files are current at all times
- Prepare all CAM/tax year-end reconciliations in accordance with tenant leases and ensure the timely delivery to tenants within specified time periods
Job Requirements
- 3+ years' strong property accounting experience
