Job Description

Lead and execute customer facing and internal JSI projects in accordance with PMP methodologies. Define time, budget, and scope plus track risks, schedule, issues, and actions.Initiate change management process for any deviations from agreed scope, schedule, or budget. Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently. Set up appropriate governance for all projects, raising/tracking issues, and conflicts, removing barriers, and resolving minor project issues or escalating them to immediate Manager and/or Project Sponsor as required. Foster and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Hold working sessions to elicit business requirements from all applicable stakeholders. Prioritise and track project performance and deliverables against requirements. Effectively manage and resolve conflicting priorities among stakeholders. Lead and support a highly engaged project team. Manage third party service providers where applicable. Coordinate and control the end-to-end process of all key project documentation as appropriate and ensure accurate records are maintained. Build a communication plan and ensure information concerning content (deliverables, risk, issues) passes to and from stakeholders. Conduct post project reviews in conjunction with the project team and contribute lessons learned to continuously improve JSI’s project management process. Support Customer projects with Systems Design and Systems Integration documentation. Work closely with the Delivery team to document and review Technical Implementation Plans. Knowledge & Experience

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent job experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a customer-facing capacity, with demonstrated expertise in leading projects from initiation to closing. Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), are highly desirable. Experience working closely with customers and understanding customer requirements. Team player – the JSI Project team works collaboratively with a focus of having fun and learning from each other. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and take initiative. Energetic, personable, and organized. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Business analysis and/or group facilitation experience preferred. Experience with technical implementation planning and systems infrastructure documentation. Ability to attain and maintain up to a top-secret security clearance
