The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing interior office build projects including all project activities, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. This role will involve both onsite work in Toronto, ON and remote work. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to execute projects and drive successful outcomes.QualificationsExperience in project management or design for interior office builds. Strong understanding of permit and inspection processes and proceduresExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to analyze and solve complex problemsProficient in project management tools and softwareDetail-oriented with strong attention to quality and accuracyLeadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teamsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of the corporate real estate and workplace industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
