Our client, a General Contractor based in Nanaimo, BC, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.This PM role is an administrative PM and requires a high level of business acumen and attention to detail in documentation.
Must Have:
- 8+ years’ experience as a project a manager
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent industry experience.
- Safety-focused with a proven safety work record.
- Knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite required.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with lump sum contracts.
- Experience with Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource loading.
- Experience managing high voltage energy generation and transmission projects.
