JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description EUA is seeking a Senior Project Managerfor our firm. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect or CertifiedInterior Designer with 10+ years of experience. This position requiresexcellent technical, business, and interpersonal skills and isresponsible for management and administration of all phases of a varietyof projects and/or client accounts of considerable scope and complexity.Primary responsibility and oversight of client contact, budgeting,scheduling, planning, design, cost control, and monitor all activities.Guidance will be given by Studio Director, Client Executive or PracticeLeader, typically relating to overall objectives, critical issues, andpolicy matters. Provides critical leadership and mentoring for ProjectArchitects, Design Architects, Interior Designers, and other teammembers. May have influence outside of the project team.
