Our team and what we’ll accomplish together The Project Management Office (PMO) team works collaboratively with stakeholders across Health Care Excellence (HCE), and TELUS Health, to drive impact on key strategic initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team to work collaboratively with stakeholders across Health Care Excellence (HCE), and TELUS Health, to lead critical initiatives in support of our Chief Mental Health Office (CMHO). You are a key member of the HCE Program Office that sits within the VP Strategy and Enablement team. You will play a vital role in leading complex cross-functional programs and driving strategic initiatives with a focus on expanding and optimizing Mental Health Initiatives and supporting product launches. Your ability to coordinate between stakeholders and technical teams will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects that deliver tangible value to the organization and patients. Additionally, your experience in cross-functional collaboration will be crucial in aligning business units towards common strategic objectives and maximizing value creation across the organization. What you’ll do As Senior Project Manager, PMO, you will be part of a high-performing team who helps bring transformational HCE initiatives and programs to life. Working closely with your peers across the PMO and Strategy and Enablement you will work in support of CMHO to ensure that robust project management practices are stood up, timelines are well managed and quality of work is exceptional and worthy of Executive Leadership eyes as TELUS continues to expand our product and service offerings in the mental health space. Some of the key initiatives this role will support include: Partnering across business units to identify and enable opportunities to enhance and compliment our current THCC mental health offerings Project manage new mental health service launches, both planned and in development, AI-assisted treatment and partnership programs with leading academic institutions, working closely with the Service Design and Programming team Demonstrate the ability to apply formal project management tools and methodologies, including resolving conflicting priorities, resource constraints, dependencies, risk management, budget tracking, contingency planning and scope change management Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets, monitor progress, and conduct regular status reviews with team leaders and management Create reporting, communication and procedures related to your projects including: project status, project governance, change, risk and escalation management, etc Identify discrepancies and proactively implement corrective measures to ensure project alignment Develop/enhance standardized processes to ensure we are optimizing our efforts across the team or organization Create executive-level presentations and deliver content to senior management . You will bring your creative, analytical and stakeholder management skills together in order to deliver exceptional outcomes while having fun celebrating success with our team. More specifically you will: Work across TELUS Health to support project requirements and ensure critical path and milestones are achieved  Use your analytical skills to think outside the box and anticipate how projects may affect various parts of the business in order to engage stakeholders successfully Use your strategic mindset to provide direction to a project and find creative solutions to challenges along the way Document and keep track of moving project pieces through detailed project management artifacts (Workback schedules, gantt charts, risk & issue logs, action logs, etc.) Use your superb communication skills to develop and present clear, concise and tailored content to senior leadership Act as a translator between business, operational and strategy teams to ensure common understanding and that all requirements and project needs are accounted for Lead end-to-end execution, with a bias to action while keeping stakeholder groups consistently informed of status and direction in line with commitment based management principles Qualifications What you bring Extensive experience in managing multiple, complex business or transformational projects and leading cross-functional project team members Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into meaningful communications and recommendations Experience preparing business cases, executive summaries and Google presentations for executive-level audiences Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to establish cross-functional alignment for projects Your influence makes an impact.
