Roles and Responsibilities: •Senior Project Manager (Guidewire)Requirements Analysis •Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to review the software requirements, •Challenge them on the business value, validate the assumptions made, influencing the stakeholders on the prioritization of the work Solution Design & Estimation •Create architectural diagrams, high level and detailed design documents & estimates Design screens, business rules, and workflow changes. •Work with project managers and product owners on alternate solutions and adjust the solution to either fit with the given timeline or be within the budget. •Coding and Peer Reviews Write programs, configure / package / deploy software. •Establish and follow coding standards Debug and unit test the code. •Perform peer code reviews Work with DevOps and Testers on improving automation. •Coaching and Mentoring Mentor team members on best practices Coach the senior resources to become the future leaders. •People Managemento Set clear goals for the team members. •Meet with the team 1-on-1 on a regular basis. •Collect feedback from stakeholders and provide feedback to the team on a regular basis Coach and deal with under performers. •Hire talent by conducting technical, behavioral interviews.
