Our client is a boutique consulting firm of top-notch Financial Services technology professionals.They have expert knowledge in the Capital Markets, Wealth & Investment Management, and Retail Banking sectors, offering their clients a winning combination of business and technical expertise.Their hands-on approach combines the rigor of business-driven frameworks and methodologies with the flexibility of a senior team, giving clients a superior level of customization.They have engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to search for a SeniorProject Manager, ERP - CONTRACT.ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.The Senior Project Manager, ERP will be responsible for leading and managing an ERP project within a large program initiative.You Will:ØBe adept at planning, directing and motivating a project team.ØPlay a pivotal role in influencing decision-makers and peers.ØLiaise with multiple subject matter experts from both the business and IT sidesØHave the commensurate people-skills, savvy and panache to navigate and manoeuvre across departments and colleagues, both vertically and horizontally, within the organization.Requirements:Ø10+years project management experience including ERP (i.e. SAP, Touchpoint) implementation expertiseØStrong technology background including application and/or infrastructureØWide understanding of financial services, a retail banking background is highly preferred.ØSolid application development/ delivery experienceØHigh-level conceptual thinking and a solid understanding of business models, especially functional or process modelsØExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially with senior managementØAbility to work independently to accomplish tasks assignedØExperience following standard PM structured methodologies and frameworks, PM certifications (i.e. PMP, etc) are preferred.ØAbility to speak French is a strong assetIf youre not interested, but know someone who is, please help a current or former colleague in their career development by referring them; please feel free to forward this email/job posting to them.
