SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT REQUIREDCalgary based established & reputed Architectural Design firm is seeking exciting, qualified Architects with 10 to 20 years’ experience to work on a wide range of Mixed-Use, Commercial, Residential Low-High Rise and Seniors Housing projects.Qualified individuals should have proven excellent design and technical documentation knowledge and experience skills and be able to work independently. The Architect must have full knowledge of Development Permit, & Building Permitting process, full knowledge of Code Reviews and independently working to produce the drawings, coordination of consultant’s work. Experience in Project Administration & Site Reviews, Show Drawing reviews etc. Architect shall have good communication skills and work with the senior staff members and the principal in a team environment. Strong skills in free hand sketching will be an asset and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Sketch Up, Rendering Software, and ability to multitask are requirements. The Architect must have experience and knowledge in all facets of work from pre-design to completion of construction and work as an excellent Team Member and show professionalism when working with clients.
