Job Description As a Senior Salesforce Developer/Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, configuring, and deploying Salesforce solutions. You will work collaboratively within an Agile Scrum team, delivering high-quality solutions in short iterative sprints. Your deep technical expertise in the Salesforce platform, including the Vlocity Public Sector Foundation (PSF) framework, will be essential in driving system-wide design, development, and customization of complex integrated projects. Key Responsibilities: Understand requirements thoroughly before development and deliver features with the highest quality. Design intuitive, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Implement complex Salesforce solutions aligning with business objectives using declarative tools, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and more. Ensure data security and compliance by implementing appropriate access controls and security configurations. Design and execute data migration tasks. Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews to ensure quality and reliability. Collaborate with QA teams to develop, execute, and debug test plans and test cases. Perform code migration following the existing release management process. Build comprehensive Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Build Logs for future reference. Provide knowledge transfer and demonstrations to the Agency’s technical team and business users. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends and recommend their adoption. Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum of six (6) years of practical solution delivery experience within the Salesforce ecosystem on medium to large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, architecture, security, and functionalities. Experience in custom code development using Apex and Visualforce. Proficiency in building modern user interfaces with the Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework. Solid understanding of the Public Sector Foundation (PSF) framework including OmniScript, FlexCards, Data Raptors, and more. Experience with data modeling, migration, and cleansing within Salesforce. Ability to write unit tests, perform code reviews, and debug issues effectively. Experience in code migration and release management processes.
