About the roleThe Senior Programmer Analyst’s duty is to perform in-depth analysis, design, and development, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance programming work within a team. Work often involves many complex programming solutions. The Senior Programmer Analyst will assist in developing the skills of other team members and will help guide their work. In addition, noting inefficiencies and anomalies in existing systems and ensuring a means to improve and rectify them as well as developing new applications according to Future standardsWhat you’ll be working onAnalysis and troubleshooting of problems and identification of alternative solutions.Technical design and analysis.Evaluation of user change requests and delivery of working solutions.Performance of programming necessary to implement program changes and definition of any necessary specifications.A general understanding of the systems, with particular emphasis on the assigned area.Performed various tasks related to production support, including bug identification, program correction, correction of corrupt files, and system documentation.We’re looking for someone withA minimum of scholastic achievement, such as an M.I.S. or technical certificate, is required. A university degree is preferred.At least five or more years of experience directly related to programming and analysis.Experience coordinating team members is an asset.Technological skills dictated by job function (see below)Proven experience as a .NET programmingFamiliarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patternsHands-on experience with the following technologies:1. ASP.NET2. C #3. Visual Basic4. XML5.
