Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies, providing sales enablement and training, and collaborating closely with product & marketing teams.
This role demands exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a passion for technology, and a knack for translating technical features into compelling value propositions. Bonus points if you have experience in media, particularly in digital publishing or social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement strategies.
- Create collateral, presentations, and training programs to equip client-facing teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote Tubular Labs' products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, support, and marketing, to align product messaging and positioning with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop deep customer insights through research, interviews, and data analysis, ensuring that customer feedback informs product development and marketing strategies.
- Craft compelling and persuasive content for marketing collateral, including website copy, case studies, whitepapers, emails, and blog posts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Tubular Labs' products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within the technology industry, preferably in the SaaS or analytics space.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing B2B products, from ideation to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, leveraging expertise, persuasion, and diplomacy to garner support and drive initiatives forward.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and communication channels to drive alignment and achieve shared goals, even in situations where direct authority may be lacking.
- Passion for technology and social media, with a keen understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
Salary: $125k - $145k
