Within TELUS Consumer Solutions (TCS), the Chief Product Office (CPO) team leads the design and delivery of our products and services, including: internet, TV / OTT, smart home automation, and new & emerging solutions.

The Content, Strategy & Business Development (CSBD) team is the central group responsible for solving Leadership’s toughest problems, delivering differentiated value to our customers, and growing our market share across Canada. This includes strategy definition, roadmap creation, and development and delivery of cross functional products and services.
As the Senior Product Manager for the TELUS Rewards program, you will identify new opportunities, conduct analyses, and drive cross-functional engagement across product and marketing teams, to evolve the program and lead execution of the strategic loyalty roadmap. Together, we’ll continue to grow our national reach.
