Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Product Manager will play a key role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the FoodCycler product line. Along with overseeing the lifecycle of our product offerings, some of the core responsibilities within this role include identifying market opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing pricing strategies, identifying market gaps and driving product execution to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that will meet our business objectives and contribute to the company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Senior Leadership, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery.
  • Work with Engineering to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Become an expert in the FoodCycler product line so that you can effectively and persuasively communicate product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Drive the alignment and consensus across teams to ensure tasks are executed smoothly, and product launches are successful.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates FCS across primary market segments.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

As a successful candidate, you are known for your excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner to non-technical audiences. You are a self-starter who takes pride in your ability to influence cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior leaders, and utilize your strong analytical skills to drive decision-making and measure product performance.

As a senior career role, you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.

You likely have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field of study. Equivalent experience will be considered as well
  • Proven experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, including mapping and leveraging data to make informed decisions for problem identification, roadmaps, prioritization, goal setting, and measuring success
  • Previous experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines, and time management techniques
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • A continuous learner that supports best practices and continuous improvement
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities and timelines, and execute accurately on projects in a fast-paced, often pressured environment and see a project through to completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting event software (Teams, Zoom)
  • A passion for innovation, clean technology, and creating exceptional customer experiences

We Would Consider it an Asset if you have:

  • Experience with consumer electronics or kitchen appliances
  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus
