Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Senior Process and Systems Analyst with extensive experience in NetSuite ERP to join our dynamic Finance System Support team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions within NetSuite. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Location: Waterloo, ON - 5 days a week onsiteResponsibilities: • Responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of NetSuite data integrity, security, including user access, security, roles and permissions and system performance. • Manage incoming support tickets from business users, perform system testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues. • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop solution proposals. • Design, configure, and implement enhancements and customizations (workflows, custom objects, reports, etc.) within the NetSuite ERP platform to address business needs. • Collaborate with other BAS teams to ensure successful integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications.• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process maps, functional specifications, and test plans. • Provide training and support to end-users on new features and processes implemented in NetSuite. • Participate in system upgrades and implementations of new modules or functionalities related to finance and accounting processes.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as business analyst or systems analyst, with a focus on ERP systems.• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, accounting principles, O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report) and reporting needs. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Solid understanding of ERP concepts, including data structures, workflows, and integration methods. • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
