Located in North York, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing print and direct mail projects with our clients from start to finish. We need someone who values service excellence. This includes coordinating with clients, understanding their needs, providing recommendations, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. You will collaborate with our expert production team and serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum 5 years experiencePrint Production and Direct Mail Marketing skillsExperience in Market Segmentation and Direct Mail campaignsGoal-oriented with a proven sales track recordStrong Project Management skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyProficiency in industry-specific software and toolsExperience in the printing or marketing industry is a plusComing with a book of business is a plus
