Together, here is what we will do Your mandate will be to build, own, and execute our best-in-class business strategy across TELUS Health and TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods. This will include managing robust controls and coordination strategies across all phases of the process. In this role, you will: Support the Sales Strategy working plan from initial planning to implementation and sustainment Perform the appropriate level of planning and assessment leveraging data and analysis to guide sound decision-making Serve as the direct interlock and contact between key TELUS sales channels, strategy teams, and regional sales teams for direct ownership of a variety of projects Manage general program management and sales acceleration scorecard tracking, including reporting cycles to key Executive and Sr. Leaders where applicable Represent Sales Territory Segmentation throughout our business unit, including driving key relationship-building techniques and constructive feedback loops Cultivate an environment of superior culture, collaboration and engagement leveraging high emotional intelligence Qualifications You’re the missing piece of the puzzle: Advanced background in SQL, Python, Tableau with 3+ years of working experience. Proven ability to breakdown and simplify complex, ambiguous problems Project management, data visualization and executive reporting skills encouraged Understanding of telecom business models, measures and metrics Best in class data presentation skills Naturally curious with a strong ability to work through obstacles Embodies ownership, initiative and is self-directed; able to effectively manage ambiguity and change Highly skilled in stakeholder communication and management, building relationships to establish cross functional alignment for projects and initiatives Expert storytelling in presenting to diverse audiences while tailoring your message to drive business outcomes Ability to provide structured recommendations based off of analytics Ability to manage projects from infancy to completion Great-to-haves University degree and/or 5-6 years of equivalent combination of experience and education Fundamental understanding of Data Science techniques and its strategic impact to business Exposure to and detailed experience in Premier Sales Organization (PSO) methodologies Experience working in a matrix structure to deliver end-to-end success Strong research, analytics, and problem solving skills Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills Self-starter who takes ownership
