Our Pension Administrator works in a team and is responsible for administering pension plans for assigned clients and providing administration support to both clients and the team.

Responsibilities Performs standard pension processes in accordance with plan rules and legislative requirement Assists in the preparation of year-end activities Works with pension databases and LifeWorks internal software/systems Receives and responds to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients Takes direction from, and supports, senior team members Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends Assists with special projects, as required Requirements Post-secondary education in Business and Financial sectors would be an asset 0-2 years of Defined Contribution pension administration experience Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension plans and provincial pension and tax legislation Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Exceptional client service with strong professional acumen Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook); expert proficiency in Excel Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
