This role offers a unique opportunity to lead engagements, mentor junior consultants, and drive success on medium to large-scale enterprise projects.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation projects utilizing OneStream platform for clients in financial service, suitability, and manufacturing sectors. Manage and mentor a team of junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and professional development. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and deliver tailored financial consolidation, reporting, and planning solutions. Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes. Provide expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience (5+ years) working with OneStream platform, including implementation, configuration, and customization. Proven track record of leading successful engagements on medium to large-scale enterprise projects. Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with clients at all levels. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
