Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software troubleshooting, computer hardware, and providing excellent customer service. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for assisting users with technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring smooth operations of our IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:-Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), VMware and computer workstations.-Managers firewalls, router, switches and other peripheral equipment-Manages local servers (physical and virtual) as well as remote servers-Managers company website, domain hosting and Office365 admin portal-Manager VoIP Server and VoIP Phones-Manage company NVR and security camerasEvaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software-Provide problem-solving services to network users-Implement data, software and hardware security procedures-Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet-Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance-knowledge in network cabling and patch panels terminationExperience & Tasks:- Proven experience in IT with computer and technology knowledge - minimum of 10 to 15++ years of experience-Networking security-Internet/Intranet-Firewall-Servers-VMware-Office 365 admin prortal-VoIP-NVR-CCTVs / IP Cameras-Desktop applications-MS Windows / MS OfficeWe offer competitive compensation packages including health benefits.
