We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to develop, maintain and support business solutions for our client.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop corporate-wide business computer application systemsTroubleshoot problems and programming issues in order to ensure smooth system operationsProvide technical support by answering questions, resolving issues and giving professional advice on producing reports and data as requested in order to improve end user effectivenessWork with the QA team to thoroughly understand detailed requirements of all solutions developedWork with the solutions team to develop implementation scripts and related solution delivery tasksProvide recommendations to improve existing systemsPrepare and maintain technical, project and system-related documentationIdentify opportunities, risk and constraints for IT to enhance the businessMaintain a good understanding of the organization’s business units’ functions and processesEnsure business solutions are developed and maintained in a manner that is conducive to information access security policies and general IT development standardsRequired SkillsMinimum 5 years of programming experience with .NET and C#Minimum 5 years developing and implementing business software solutionsOLAP cube development in Microsoft Analysis ServicesDeveloping business intelligence solutions using an industry leading platform such as Business Objects, Cognos etc.Web Services APIConfiguring and programming electronic workflowsDeveloping Mobile solutions is an assetDeveloping solutions within the Microsoft SharePoint platform is an assetCascading Style Sheets (CSS)Excellent understanding of project management principlesExcellent understanding of application development lifecycle conceptsGood knowledge of technology environments, including network infrastructure, servers and operating systemsGood understanding of Agile development methodologiesDeveloping and configuring middleware products such as Jitterbit and ODBCConfiguring and managing internet servers such as IISDeveloping Microsoft SQL stored procedures and SSISCrystal ReportsMicrosoft Reporting ServicesGood understanding of Microsoft Office productsThis is a permanent position located in Toronto, ON with an annual salary of $85,000.00 plus bonus.You want to submit your Resume?
