Senior Microsoft Developer - Code : DEV02 Job Description:Adapt at working in a collaborativeteam environment to develop andsupport Microsoft .Net applications.Understands object oriented theory,programming, design patterns and hasthe ability to participate indiscussions between architects andteam members to design solutionsthroughout all phases of thesoftware development process. Joinforces with project manager toestimate execution and deliverytimelines, implement work packages,define and mitigate risks as well asdocument the solution for technologyissues. Can easily absorb anddemonstrate new concepts andtechnologies as well as industryspecific knowledge and expertise. Iscomfortable sharing knowledge,mentoring team members, andparticipating in code reviews. Responsibilities: Design, develop and supportMicrosoft .Net software applicationsand solutions. Work Individual / as part of thedevelopment team to implementsolutions while following bestpractice methodologies from thedevelopment planning activities toproject completion. Develop details analysis anddesign documents. Assist in development of usecases. Work with QA team to ensureaccuracy and solution integrity. Analyze the customer currentbusiness process and the controls ofthis business process.. Provide technical support to thesales team to advance sales cyclesTools and Technologies: VB.Net and C++ for web and desktop .Net Frameworks. HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, JavaScript,SQL Queries and Crystal Reports SQL Server and MS Access General Qualifications: Good organizational, Planning,Time Management and Leadership skills. Good presentation and analytical skills Creative, Self-motivated, professional,detail-oriented Co-operate with other departments to meetthe whole company objectives and strategy. Achieve assigned Tasks and objectives andmeets target dates. Ability to work in a fast-paced leadingedge environment Ability to execute in a time-constrainedenvironment with maximum precision Quickly learn new technologies. Excellent written and verbalcommunications skills Ability to work independently or undersupervision. Customer friendly-attitude. Knowledge of process re-engineering Customer Orientation and TechnicalExpertise Result Orientation and Quality Focus Leadership and Decision Making Active Listening Required Education and Languages: B.Sc. of Computer Engineer,Computer Science, or Computer Relate minimumgrade of good. Minimum 3 Years experience in Similarposition. Graduation not prior than 2003. Arabic Native and Excellent command ofEnglish language. Microsoft Certificates is plus.
