Bridgera is an IoT Integrator providing custom IoT software solutions for its clients. The position reports directly to the CEO and is overall responsible for strategizing, planning and executing all marketing activities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and has a flair for thinking out of the box to come up with effective marketing strategies that drive desired results. You need to be self-driven and happy to lead by example. You must possess a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth. You must be willing to work with offshore teams.
Role and Responsibilities
Leveraging the latest marketing techniques to increase Bridgera’s brand awareness and domain authority.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with management to define effective marketing campaigns and strategies for Bridgera’s service offerings (primarily IoT), including online and social media strategies
Develop marketing plans and pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints, that drive lead generation and customer acquisition
Researching demand for Bridgera’s services and solutions.
Participate in development of pricing strategy for Bridgera services.
Evaluate effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor services and marketing strategies, market economics, competitive drivers, etc.
Oversee and evaluate market research.
Participate in review of market assessment of current and potential new services / solutions and partnerships.
Manage marketing budget.
Evaluate competitors.
Hands-on with creation of various marketing collaterals including social media posts, blogs, white papers, e-books, newsletters, website layout and content.
Ability to drive SEO, PPC activities and creation of videos, infographics and presentations
Gather and analyze customer insight
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
Help Develop Marketing Collaterals, ranging from web content to presentations, webinars, white papers, case studies & event participation material
Required Skills and Traits:
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
Eye for details with ability to quickly adapt to change and new tools / techniques
Highly accountable and professionally ethical.
Willingness to work in US time zone business hours.
Required experience:
Prior experience as marketing manager with IT / IoT services companies will be preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
7+ years in marketing and promotion, with at least 1 year work experience with offshore teams
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Experience with On-Page and Off-Page Optimization, link building, listings, keyword analysis, competitor analysis and Content Optimization
Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Salesforce CRM
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Compensation:
Attractive base salary depending on experience
