Senior Manager, Strategy and Client Servicing

We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, strategy and Client Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will shape and execute our clients' multicultural marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and market opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of multicultural markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term multicultural marketing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their overall business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of multicultural market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their market positioning and brand value.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution across various projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and media, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal team members.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, contributing to the agency's thought leadership and innovation in multicultural marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-7 years of progressive experience in strategy, marketing, or management consulting, with a focus on multicultural markets.
