Acel Poweris seeking an exceptional data-driven and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager, to join ACEL’s marketing team. You'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of lead generation strategies across all channels. In this role, you'll leverage data and experimentation to optimize the customer journey and drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

What You Get To Experience





Demand Generation




  • Develop and implement multi-channel programs working with the marketing team to execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow our boat builder and dealer network.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Drive brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

  • Sponsorship programs as required





Advertising Management




  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure effective targeting and budget utilization.

  • Utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic and optimize SEO





HubSpot Management




  • Leverage HubSpot for inbound marketing and lead generation.

  • Support Sales with email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing automation.





Content Calendar Management




  • Work with Content Manager and Social Media Coordinator to plan, develop, and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic content output across all digital channels.

  • Update Website content





Analytics and Reporting




  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, recommending innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources among projects





About You




  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) and their unique strengths.

  • Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in lead generation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Prior experience in the marine industry or technical background or passion for boating is a strong asset .
