What Will You Be Doing? The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing will lead the marketing initiatives to engage our audience across owned, paid, and earned media channels, with a strong focus on campaign management, consumer engagement, events, and highly visible marketing. This role will own the strategy and concept planning for big ideas and campaign concepts. The engagement team will include channel owners for social media, events, paid media buying, video channels, and new media channels, as well as contributors in execution and engagement marketing. The Sr. Manager will own the creative brief writing and planning for long-term and short-term concepts. Essential Functions Own the definition and tracking of strategic KPIs for measuring success in consumer engagement across campaigns and touchpoints. Lead campaign planning and creative conception for omni-channel campaigns. Own the audience engagement and growth strategy across social, email, and all 1 party audiences. Lead the paid media buying and tracking strategy and be responsible for the annual, monthly, and daily paid media campaign budgeting Lead the strategic planning for booking conversion campaigns Own the strategic planning and execution for event marketing for origins, destinations, and day-of-travel experience. Continually identify areas of opportunity to improve performance and communication. Conduct research, user testing, and corresponding data analysis to drive optimization across marketing channels. Lead the execution of big ideas and highly visible marketing strategies. Engage and collaborate with the creative team to design and refine concepts. Own the strategic plan, and work with with company stakeholders and business leaders, to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty. Collect and analyze data to make well-informed business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including marketing leadership, loyalty, ancillary, BI, PRM, and creative teams as needed to understand existing and emerging areas of opportunity for brand engagement. Drive awareness and usage of Frontier products and services, while utilizing customer and competitive data/insights to keep the customer at the center of day-of-travel experience. Diagnose motivations for and against brand engagement and find solutions. Partner with loyalty and ancillary teams to increase revenue, engagement, repeat purchase rate, and reduce audience churn. Increase brand visibility and notorietyby identifying and executing new brand partnerships in adjacent industries that increase core KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders/business leaders to iterate and evolve the messaging and channel strategy to drive optimal outcomes across traditional and non-traditional marketing campaigns. Work across the marketing department to manage engagement budget and campaign flighting, help identify and explore compelling new opportunities, identify and help clear hurdles. Serve as the expert on day-of-travel experience and consumer engagement with the brand cross-channel. Diagnose motivations for and against brand engagement and find solutions. Prioritize messaging, creative concepts, marketing case studies and test & learn opportunities to drive cross-functional improvements on paid, owned and earned channels. Other Functions Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree requirement 10+ years of digital marketing experience Minimum 2-3 yrs. of management experience Ability to create and manage partnerships with organizations to form collaborative marketing campaigns. Experience managing outside agencies and vendors, with an annual budget accountability in excess of $5MM. Experience analyzing, tracking, and building reports for digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 5+ years Partnership management experience 5+ years Vendor management experience Competency with Microsoft office, including, excel and power point Experience with consumer metrics tracking and analysis Equipment Operated Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled Physical Effort Generally, not required.
