Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages you to make your mark and be part of something big? SOTI is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, to be the day-to-day people leader across our Digital Marketing team.

This role will be key in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns for a global technology brand. This includes building specific strategies for both driving qualified traffic to our websites and converting visitors profitably to drive customer acquisition, partner engagement and brand engagement. This position will also play a central role in uncovering emerging digital marketing opportunities. It will be crucial to be a data-driven, insights fueled marketer that can collaboratively lead a team of high performing digital marketers. Alongside people leadership responsibilities, this role is a key partner to the wider Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing.

The right candidate must dig into the details across a mix of daily priorities, with a key focus on integrating teams to perform optimally, while maintaining reliable and consistent execution of key priorities. The right fit will know how to quickly build on the strengths of each team member to complement one another. Being proactive and accountable across all projects with a growth mindset is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Digital Marketing team including strategic direction and implementation, goal setting, project management, team management, budgeting and forecasting and deliver on fiscal goals and objectives.

  • Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team on the digital strategy and development of all corporate digital channels and platforms.

  • Provide functional support to the Marketing leadership team to execute objectives while building strong cross-functional working relationships across the organization to deliver as a team with a client service approach.

  • Manage, mentor and coach direct reports with a focus on employee engagement, aligned to furthering SOTI’s global corporate culture.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders and colleagues on digital paid media campaigns, organic media and CRM, and leverage data-driven insights to evaluate mid-campaign and post-campaign analysis.

  • Utilize reporting tools to monitor and analyze SOTI.net web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.

  • Creativity required, with an ability to manage outputs and SLAs with a strong focus on quality execution and a positive cross-functional experience.

  • Ability to take a data-driven approach that synthesizes information and analyzes key results into logical conclusions and recommendations.

  • Make recommendations based on results of campaigns, marketing, and industry trends, and communicate insights to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Establish, plan, and manage projects from start to finish including budget, processes, resources, timelines and ROI monitoring.

  • Manage budget spending within allocation and ensure timely submission of invoices.

  • As this is a global role, managing time zones effectively with global clients and stakeholders is expected.

  • Act with acuity, confidentiality and problem solving to support the progression of priority business activities.

  • Strong judgment and the ability to respond quickly, yet thoughtfully, to urgent matters.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Progressive digital marketing experience in-house or in an agency environment required.

  • Team management experience - proven ability to lead (grow, sustain and develop) direct reports with proven strategies and experience in people management, culture-building and team-building projects.

  • Experience within either the consumer and/or B2B technology industry, with preference in the software industry.

  • A technical background with experience Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings, cloud technology, or a good understanding of enterprise technology, familiarity with iOS, Android, Windows operating systems, and channel ecosystem a plus

  • Proven track record staying focused on “getting it done” in a fast-moving, technical environment.

  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong initiative to drive results, solve problems and consistently follow through.

  • Digital Marketing best practices for B2B technology, with proven experience working to tie content back to revenue generation activity.

  • Strong working knowledge of and experience working with key digital marketing (both for paid media and SEO), and experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics 4.

  • Proficient working with a digital marketing ecosystem of tools including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Tag Manager, MS Clarity, SEMRush, MS Suite, etc.

  • Project management/collaboration tools and Salesforce experience is necessary.

  • Strong familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications expected.
