We’re looking for a Senior Manager Business Transformation & Strategy. You will be a key member of our Retail team. You will be a customer and data driven leader, who is adept at driving results on key customer initiatives, and improving the customer experience.

Reporting to the Global SVP of Customer Experience, Retail, this role will be involved in setting business unit strategy and delivering operational projects globally in Customers for Retail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, manage and deliver strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the SVP, Customer Experience
  • Evaluate customer experience, drive problem/project scoping, business case development and insight generation
  • Run complex, critical, strategic projects to improve the customer experience in close partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Analyse customer and KPI trends to draw insights, and recommend initiatives to drive business performance
  • Create customer facing analysis and business reviews to position us as partners and thought leaders to our customers
  • Own a strategy for our Customer Advisory board and key clients
  • Manage stakeholders across the business to deliver key outcomes, present strategies and insights to executive level leadership
  • Act as a key source of knowledge and subject matter expertise on topics of strategy, business model, and market / competitive dynamics from a customer perspective

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Experience with the creation, planning, and delivery of customer strategy
  • Extensive experience in root cause analysis of key metrics and trends
  • Experience working on large, global and potentially complex projects that span across the organisation
  • Strong understanding of customer unit economics, and growth drivers
