Senior Litigation Legal Assistant FULL TIME (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office) Our client is a reputable mid-sized law firm located in downtown Toronto. They are seeking a talented Senior Litigation Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team and make a significant impact. Provide comprehensive assistance to three lawyers (two junior and one senior). Transcribe, create, format, proofread, and finalize various legal documents. Administrative Tasks : Handle photocopying, faxing, binding, and maintaining records of closed files. Experience : Minimum 5 years as a Litigation Legal Assistant, with a preference for commercial litigation/employment or labor litigation experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in document management systems (DMS), CaseLines, and Microsoft Office. Flexible Work Arrangement : Enjoy a hybrid schedule with three days in the office. Mentor and share your knowledge through the firm’s Legal Assistant shadow program. Potential to take on leadership responsibilities and develop a team of junior assistants in the future.
