Vacation based on years of experience in the market.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES :You will draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and other legal documents, particularly in the areas of information technology, sales, distribution & procurement; You will support VOSKER's compliance with applicable international laws and regulations, particularly with regard to the protection and confidentiality of personal data; You will participate in the identification of needs and the development of internal and external corporate governance policies and processes. You will define and implement interdepartmental processes to ensure proper contract management and increased efficiency of the legal department; You will participate in the training and education of employees in the various departments on legal risks and opportunities; You will provide timely legal support to the Finance and Growth team in its various investment and financing projects.THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:Bachelor's degree in law; 5-7 years’ experience in commercial law; 3 years' experience in data privacy law; 2 years' experience in corporate law; Good ability to work in a team; Be autonomous, resourceful and organized; Demonstrate rigor, commitment, be curious and proactive; Ability to work under high pressure and make decisions quickly if needed; Ability to communicate in both French and English (written/verbal). Frequent communication outside of Quebec.
