We are hiring for an Insurance Broker to join a well established Brokerage. They have been operating in Ontario for more than a century and are hiring across the Ajax - Kingston area for their 6 offices, with a focus on sales and new business.Context: Although they are well established, they aim at maintaining their growth trajectory by hiring Insurance Brokers with sales & new business experience. Responsibilities - Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance Broker:Servicing a volume of mixed clients (personal & commercial lines), up to $500,000 in premiumsGo after new clients - establish the business development strategy with the leadership team and execute itHandle premiums of $10,000 to $20,000 per accountIndustries: Agriculture, Contractor, Construction, Fleets of vehicles, etc.Requirements – Personal Lines Insurance Broker:At least 1 year experience in a similar positionRegistered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) license in good standingCare & passion: we are looking for people who care about their clients and are determined to provide the best service5 reasons to apply:The team - this is a very professional environment with some of the most experienced brokers in Canada and a full-fledged training team at your disposal.
