Job Description
Overview
Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Tubi. Help architect, build, and maintain a cutting-edge cloud ecosystem supporting the AdRise multi-tenant ad platform, which powers Tubi and Fox demand, using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Champion DevOps best practices in architecture, security, deployment, CI/CD, with an emphasis on scalability, fault tolerance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop, maintain and promote modular, version-controlled and testable Terraform modules.
- Ensure code is version-controlled, tested, and deployed using modern software practices.
- Architect and manage AWS infrastructure for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement and manage AWS networking components (VPCs, subnets, proxies, load balancers).
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to build CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in architectural reviews and provide input on infrastructure strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.
- Train team members and stakeholders on cloud and IaC best practices.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience with IaC in AWS or another cloud provider.
- 3+ years experience with production Kubernetes clusters.
- 3+ years of experience developing tooling and applying software engineering best practices with languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- 3+ years experience with Linux/UNIX.
- 3+ years experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- 3+ years experience working with and supporting external application developers.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Cloud experience and certifications.
- Rancher/Argo/Istio experience.
