ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrate expertise in clinical processes across major inpatient and outpatient departmentsUnderstand the differences in institutional, ambulatory, and business occupancy environmentsWork with end users to outline process flows and critical adjacencies of clinical roomsUnderstand and guide discussions on medical equipment needsLead the medical planning process within the design team to create department floor plan concepts reflective of operationsManage the deliverables for the medical planning team within the greater project deliverable scheduleServe as the main point of contact for the client on planning issuesMentor staff for depth and support of the specialized knowledge execution process QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degreeMinimum of 10 years of healthcare planning experience required with proven experience in clinical planning leadershipClear understanding of applicable codes & building construction systems, materials, and standardsProficiency with Revit is requiredStrong presentation, communication, organizational, team building, collaboration and communication skills are a mustAbility to takes ownership of tasks and project deliverablesStrong leadership, critical thinking, effective problem solving and decision-making skillsTeam player, adaptable and has a positive attitudeKnowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Visio, is preferred Powered by JazzHR nLEE5bUyZq
