Job Summary: As a member of the marketing department, the Senior Graphic Designer creates marketing material showcasing Prollenium products. In this role you will focus on packaging design, digital and print materials to support the sales team and client needs. Responsibilities: Maintain branding direction for the company products and programs ensuring alignment with marketing plans Design on-brand printed and digital marketing material (e.g., brochure, sales aid, advertisement, eblast, social materials, CGI produced graphics/videos etc.) Create product packaging design with logo elements Create designs for company brands and programs Work closely with the regulatory department to coordinate product labeling Submit and review regulatory documents, both domestic and international, for timely regulatory approval Oversee the creative development of the company's marketing and promotional materials to ensure brand and graphical consistency Work closely with vendors/suppliers to verify artwork and proofs for submission and final production Collaborate with marketing department and purchasing department ensuring timelines are met Support and respond to field sales requests for local graphic design elements Edit photos and images Create medical illustrations for training document and videos Create global design templates, work with multiple markets to create & adapt materials. Perform other duties as assigned and required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Knowledge/Experience College Diploma related to graphic design 5 years of experience with print and packaging design 2 years of experience in the medical device industry collaborating with regulatory team Proficient in CGI (3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D) Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.) Confident and comfortable using both Mac and PC Experience in photography, HTML, CSS, animation, video editing, or any 3D software is considered an asset High attention to detail and performs well under tight deadlines
