Were a fast-growing performance marketing agency that manages tens of millions per month in direct-response ad spending for awesome direct-to-consumer brands.We work with disruptive brands, and big budgets, and make crazy ideas come to life!Our model is built upon the core values of Alignment and Transparency, which means that, unlike traditional agencies that win by charging huge retainers, Pilothouse wins by delivering huge results.Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Senior Google Media Buyer to help scale social advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable e-commerce revenue or business leads.REQUIREMENTS:Have an ability to find efficient growth via Google Adwords & Bing AdsThrive in building, maintaining, and optimizing digital advertising campaignshave an experimental and methodological approachHave a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving3 Years of experience with Google Ads, preferably above $50,000 ad spend per month.Fluency in written EnglishA self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learningModerate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, graphs, etc.)Demonstrable success in improving account performance in Google Adwords or Bing Ads advertising, and a desire to champion both. A similar online ad experience will be considered as wellAn ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimizationA deep understanding of Google Products - Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, YouTubeTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Build and launch PPC CampaignsCreate weekly and monthly reportsCall shots on new strategies, based on data and testingLaunch and monitor PPC testsWork with other departments (e.g. business development, creative, etc.) to ensure strategy alignment and maintain brand identityDo weekly PPC tasks, such as negative keyword mining, bid adjustments, and writing adsProactively monitor performance and budgets, making sure that we are in the right rangePerform Google Analytics analysisABOUT PILOTHOUSEWe are focused on building a team of hustlers who are passionate about the Direct-To-Consumer space and who are eager to learn and grow.
