REAL ESTATE LAWYER FULL-TIME MONTREAL, QC Do you have at least 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Lawyer? Do you have experience handling a high volume of real estate files? Our client is a fast-growing Canadian Real Estate law firm with offices across Canada. Medical and dental benefits Fully remote position Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team in Quebec. As a key member of the firm, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including residential and commercial transactions, leasing agreements, property development, and land use planning. You will support one Senior Lawyer, who you will directly report to, and you will have the support of Law Clerks to assist with your caseload. Handling a high volume of real estate files with diligence and expertise. Contributing to the residential real estate portfolio. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documents. Advising clients on legal matters related to real estate. Representing clients in real estate matters. Providing legal support and guidance to other team members as needed. Keeping abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations. Quebec Lawyer License Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in handling real estate files Experience with MS Office, conveyancer/unity, Teraview and PCLaw.
