YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROJECT MANAGER:
Project Strategy and Execution:
*Collaborate with external partners, clients, and internal teams to support large enterprise software implementations.
*Help develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and budgets.
*Ensure project activities are coordinated to meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to budgets.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
*Serve as the primary liaison, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party consultants.
*Facilitate regular status meetings, providing transparent and accurate updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Team and Resource Management:
*Collaborate with internal technical team members and other project managers, to provide guidance and support.
*Help assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor KPIs to meet project objectives.
*Work with third-party consultants to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment.
Relationship Building:
*Build trust-based relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and consultants by providing regular updates, clear briefing materials, addressing concerns openly, and delivering exceptional results.
Risk Management and Mitigation:
*Collaborate with the project consultant to monitor and manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Quality Assurance:
*Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
*Conduct regular reviews and testing with the external consultants to validate the implementation and address any discrepancies.
*Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes throughout the project lifecycle in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PROJECT MANAGER:
*7+ years of project management experience with full lifecycle custom software implementations, system migrations or ERP implementations.
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or
a related field.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client interactions professionally.
*In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
*Proficiency in additional technologies such as: resource management tools, risk management tools, and reporting tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is a significant advantage.
*A financial background, including experience with products like Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and Oracle Financials, would be considered an asset.
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
