Senior Environmental Project Manager, Engineering | ConsultingPosted 6 hours ago Multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with offices across Canada Multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with offices across Canada seeks an Senior Environmental Project Manager to help grow their office in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Environmental investigation and Remediation supportYour Responsibilities Independently managing a variety of environmental investigation projects (Phase I, II ESA’s/Stage 1, 2 PSIs II, Detailed Site Investigation, Remediation); Project planning, implementation, coordinating fieldwork ( in town and out of town); Review of project budgets, expenses to ensure good project performance; Preparation and review of reports for due diligence investigations, and submissions to the BC Ministry of Environment & Climate Change Strategy for instruments (COC, AiP, Determination); Proposal preparation for a variety of clients Management of provincial and/or federal contaminated sites assessments, site remediation, some risk assessments (human or ecological); Supervision of junior and intermediate professionals. Experience with hazardous material surveys/mitigation projects is considered an asset. The Skills, Knowledge, and Ability We Seek Minimum of 10 years of environmental consulting experience in BC. Candidates with additional experience will be considered. University degree in Environmental Science Professional status or designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Ag.)
