Senior Engineer – Digital Power Systems (5-15 years)
- Carry out engineering projects based on IEC 61850 standards for digital power systems.
- Play various roles, such as project leader and proposal leader.
- Prepare competitive and value-added proposals.
- Design protection diagrams (logic and control diagrams).
- Design substation HMI/SCADA architecture and configuration.

Overview of certifications and job requirements
- University degree in engineering
- Five years of experience or more in the power systems sector
- Available to travel to BBA's office across Canada
- Available for short- and long-term assignments at client sites across Canada
- Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
- Knowledge of substation technology
- Knowledge of how to configure protection relays
- Asset: knowledge of the IEC 61850 standard
- Asset: Knowledge of how to configure HMI/SCADA systems
- A sset: Knowledge of test equipment for protection relays
- Asset: graduate degree in electrical engineering or a related field
