THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Sr. Director Corby (Canada) Business Engagement lead will work closely with the C3 (Customer, Channel and Consumer), Corporate and Operations Sr. Directors / Directors within Pernod Ricard North America to define the strategic priorities and demand for their respective domains.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The Business Engagement Lead is the voice of the Tech Function at the affiliates under his/her scope. She/He promotes Tech products, provides advisory based on local expertise, ensures the capture of local needs & feedbacks to fuel local product strategy and roadmap and secure its continuous improvement. She/He drives deployment and adoption of functional products in the affiliate(s) under his/her scope.

  • Securing market relevancy of Tech strategy and roadmap: Understand business priorities and monitor pain points within their affiliate, coordinating with Proximity Leads to identify affiliate needs by domain, and interacting closely with their business counterparts at affiliate level.
  • Management and steering of Affiliate Tech roadmap: Own and communicate market Tech roadmap to key stakeholders (affiliates’ leaders), ensuring monthly reports to affiliates and Management Entity Proximity Directors.
  • Driving business engagement at Affiliate level: Act as the affiliate's single point of contact for all tech-related matters and participate monthly in the market/brand Codi on the tech agenda.
  • Securing deployment and adoption of global products at Affiliate level: Oversee and support roll-out and change management activities performed by Proximity teams.

YOUR TEAM

  • Reporting Line: Vice President Technology Proximity
  • Key internal stakeholders: C3 Proximity Lead, Corporate Proximity Lead & Operations Proximity Lead and Tech Success Director.
  • Key external stakeholders: Strategic Global vendors to support Product Roll-out.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of similar experience
  • 5+ years of related experience in the Wines and Spirits Industry or related CPG company
  • Mastery of Program Management & Project Management
  • Experience in Business Case creation, development, and presentation
  • Excellent communications skills (C-level presentation experience a plus)
  • Experience in end-to-end Technology Project delivery
  • Expert change management experience
