You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users’ queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should also possess the ability to oversee and mentor other deskside consultants.A Day in the Life:Assist end users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networkingMonitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiencyInstall applications and computer peripheralsTroubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environmentsTest alternative pathways until you resolve an issueCustomize desktop applications to meet user needsWhat You Bring:3+ years of corporate deskside support experience 5+ year(s) of customer service experienceExperience supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role including management tools such as IntuneProficiency with Admin Centers such as Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, Azure AD Admin Center and SharePoint Admin CenterMicrosoft Office 2010/2013/O365Windows/Linux/Mac OS environmentsRemote supportActive DirectoryWhat makes you awesome:Experience leading more junior deskside consultantsMicrosoft/Cisco certificationsITIL Incident ManagementWhy Work at Long View:Great people and cultureComprehensive benefits package from day oneRecognition programs Career growth– Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesWant to learn more about our culture and life at Long View?
