You'll play a pivotal role in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing diverse healthcare datasets, transforming them into actionable insights that drive impactful decisions. If you're passionate about leveraging data to make a difference in the healthcare industry and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Collaborate with data scientists to gather, cleanse, and analyze healthcare data from various sources.Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.Work closely with the data science team to build and maintain data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and data science.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience thriving in a fast-paced business intelligence-focused role, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and understanding their impact on data, products, and business outcomes, preferably within the healthcare domain.Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable data solutions to support business needs.Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, maintenance, and analysis, with a focus on optimizing query performance and data integrity.Experience with data visualization tools and leveraging them to communicate insights effectively.Demonstrated expertise in maintaining data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance best practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Exceptional creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking competencies, capable of devising innovative solutions to complex challenges.Proven experience in launching, analyzing, and establishing frameworks for A/B tests, driving data-informed optimization strategies.How to applyIf you meet or exceed the above criteria, we’d love to hear from you.
