CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES Development and management of multiple client Dynamics 365 (CRM) environmentsProactive approach to internal company systems and processesStrong project and time management skillsAbility to decipher, translate, and communicate client requests EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND 2+ years experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM)Experience with multiple CRM environmentsStrong understanding and experience with Power Apps and Power AutomateExperience with Power BIBachelor’s degree in commerce, computer science, statistics, data science, or a related field MUST HAVES Strong practical problem-solving and project management skillsSelf-motivated, passionate, empathetic, and approachableAbility and passion to adapt and learn quicklyStrong understanding of technologyComfortable dealing with ambiguity
