About Our Client
Our client is a diversified real estate investment and development firm with extensive experience in high-rise residential projects, as well as retail, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. They have deep partnerships with many of the top real estate development firms in the GTA, as they focus on large-scale masterplan and mixed-use developments with a focus on affordability, which are impactful to the city, as well as deeply connected to the communities in which they build. With a strong investment portfolio and access to capital, deep industry and government relationships, and a commitment to excellence, they are leaving their mark in Ontario.
Senior Construction Manager
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support and manage the construction function, reporting to the Head of Construction, and to act as a project lead for their pipeline of projects in development as they head towards construction.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated relationship builder, with a passion for construction management, a strong business acumen, and a desire to join a dynamic team. In addition, they will be able to work in a lean team and fast-paced environment, while being responsible for supporting an extensive portfolio of projects. The candidate will be responsible for project leadership, team coaching and mentorship, and possess a strong understanding of the construction and pre-construction processes and related budgets and timelines. The person is a driven professional who possesses the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Flexibility, prioritization skills, and a commitment to excellence are essential for success in this role.
The compensation package range is $160,000-$200,000 depending on level of industry experience and exposure plus a bonus package and corporate perks. Our client is an advocate for equity and diversity and recognizes the importance of leadership engagement within its framework.
