Our client in the construction industry is looking for a Senior Project Manager to come join their growing team.You will have a background in infrastructure and heavy civil construction, ideally be located within the Brantford metropolitan area and bring a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.A day in the life will entail conducting site visits, engaging with on-site supervisors, managing purchase orders, reading and interpreting blueprints and most importantly overseeing the projects from inception to completion.Collaborative teamwork is key to your success, as well as a flexibility to move around from site to site and be available and hands-on when needed.General schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours with flexibility to attend to business needs as they arise.Salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $130K to $150K annually with an additional bonus structure linked to performance metrics and KPIs.Benefits package and three weeks’ vacation to start and as well as a company vehicle.If you are looking for your next career and this sounds like you, apply now!Requirements:• Minimum 3-5 years proven experience working in a similar role• Background in infrastructure and or heavy civil preferred• Engineering degree an asset• Must have experience with budgeting and cost management• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Ability to delegate, work collaboratively and lead a team• Problem solving skills and solution focused mentality• Ability to work in fast-paced and high energy environment• Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines• Driver’s license and clean driving record• Must be able work on-site.• Eligibility to work in Canada.
