Job title: Senior Commercial Account Manager
Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have General Insurance Level 2 License and at least 8 years of solid commercial insurance experience.
Location: Remote/Hybrid in BC
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaboratively and regularly meets with Account Executive(s) and the team to stay abreast of client account status
- Liaises with clients on the status of requests for coverage or renewal
- Ensures all documents are accurate and accounts are kept in an orderly manner
- Assists Account Executive(s) in the placement of new business opportunities
- Remains current on new products, coverages and market trends within the insurance industry
Requirements:
- 8+ years of solid experience in commercial lines insurance
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- CIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferred
- Prior EPIC experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills
