Job Title: Senior Cargowise Specialist
Location: Dorval
Industry: Freight Forwarding

Our client is a growing international freight forwarding company based in Montreal (Dorval) looking for a Senoir Cargowise Specialist, with proven experience in Cargowise.

This role requires extensive expertise in various Cargowise modules, particularly Forwarding, Customs, and Accounting, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any software-related issues.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Cargowise Setup and Optimization:
- Configure Cargowise software to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure full utilization of all relevant modules, with a focus on Forwarding, Customs, and Accounting.

Auto Rating Setup:
- Implement and manage auto rating systems for our clients to streamline pricing processes.

Operational Support:
- Assist the Operations team with tracking and tracing methods to ensure accurate and timely logistics management.
- Create automated custom reports for clients
- Provide training and support to staff on the effective use of Cargowise features and functionalities.

Software Troubleshooting:
- Address and resolve any software-related issues, such as printing problems and other technical difficulties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all cargowise issues and work on various projects related to Cargowise

Qualifications
- Must have experience on CargoWise ERP software (SQL) Cloud-based version
- Experience in the Transport & Logistics industry
- English is mandatory, any second languages is an asset (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc)
