Duration: 2 yearsMust be eligible to obtain Secret ClearanceMANDATORY Skills and ExperienceMust be a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)Must have 60 months of work experience within the past 10 years, as a Business Continuity and / or Security Specialist. The experience must have been with 2 small Government of Canada organizations (under 500 FTE) and 2 large Government of Canada departments (over 500 FTE) using current Government of Canada business continuity management guidelines.Must have formal IT training or at least 24 months of work experience within the past 5 years in the IT security or IT Business Continuity domain.Must demonstrate having 24 months of work experience within the past 5 years, reviewing and developing government Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and in providing recommendations including action plans to enhance the BCP.Must demonstrate having 12 months of work experience within the past 3 years in developing, delivering and preparing simple, moderately complex and complex Table Top Exercise (TTX) to senior/ executive cadre and final post-TTX exercise reports using government of Canada approved methodology. e.g. DSORC Exercise in a box as an example.
